Greg Heitzman Receives Kentucky’s 2011 Civil Engineer Professional Recognition Award

Louisville, Ky.--Greg Heitzman, Louisville Water's President and CEO, has received the 2011 Robert M. Gillim Professional Recognition Award presented by the Kentucky Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers, which recognizes Heitzman for his service to civil engineering in the Commonwealth.

Heitzman has spent 29 years at Louisville Water, starting as project engineer in 1982, then serving as Chief Engineer and as President and CEO since 2007. He holds a MBA from the University of Louisville and earned a bachelor and a masters degree from the University of Kentucky in Civil Engineering.
